During a recent visit to the SE part of our area I encountered lots of funny food items sitting outside of restaurants- very fresh! It made me realize that cultures are different! Profound isn't it? As I am having the waitress take my picture in front of the fish heads, I realize for these guys- this is the way it is... just normal stuff... like french fries or a hamburger. :)
Ohhh my goodness! The snakes are creepy! I'm not sure if I could eat snake. But around here were we are, people eat boas and iguanas. Perhaps that's why they are endangered! Have you tried snake yet?
